Rob Adams is an experienced Plumbing Designer who has spent 24 years in the industry. A U.S. Army veteran, Rob brings a wealth of expertise and a dedicated work ethic to every project. He provides a steady, reliable presence for the Insight team, ensuring every project meets his high standards of excellence. Rob specializes in creating high-quality systems for a diverse range of sectors, including medical facilities, K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and libraries.

Rob is driven by a simple yet powerful philosophy: "The quality of the product going out the door is a reflection of the effort you put into it". He is motivated by challenging work that allows him to produce results he can truly be proud of.

When Rob isn’t designing complex plumbing systems, he has a variety of personal interests. He is well known among his friends and family for his "world-famous" smoked salsa. In his free time, you might find him traveling, working on home projects, or hanging out with his dogs. While Rob is perfectly happy in his own shoes, if he could trade places with anyone for a day, he’d spend it as a duck hunting guide.
