Fallon Lee is a Principal and mechanical engineer with six years of experience in commercial, education, and healthcare. She is a registered Professional Engineer and a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Fallon has worked on projects ranging from controls upgrades and HVAC equipment replacements to new office buildings and existing facility renovations.

The inspiration behind her hard work is a desire to change the world for the better. This may seem a daunting task, but Fallon believes working on projects that improve Arkansas communities is one of the best ways to make a difference. The new Arkansas Children’s Hospital clinic in Pine Bluff is one example of such a project because of its direct, positive impact on families within the community. Fallon is also passionate about inspiring other young women and girls to become engineers. She is an active member of the Junior League of Little Rock, the American Society of Healthcare Engineers, and the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) where she was named Outstanding Chair of the Student Activities Committee for 2019-2020. Fallon is currently a board member for studioMAIN, a Little Rock non-profit that mobilizes the community around innovative design.

Travel is another of Fallon's greatest passions. If she weren't an engineer, she would be a U.S. Ambassador or an international food critic—any job that lets her experience new cultures and see the world.
