The Yard

The Yard is a new bar, restaurant, and venue in Jonesboro, across the street from Arkansas State University. The 5,200 square foot facility includes a bar, general seating areas, outdoor dining space, a private dining area, and kitchens. With ample indoor and outdoor seating space, The Yard has plans to offer live music and entertainment.
Insight is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and performance fire protection design for the facility. For the kitchen, the team is designing a shelled space that could accommodate three separate food vendors once the spaces are finished out. Construction is expected to be complete in summer 2021.
