Historic Courthouse Preservation
Restoration and preservation of the historic Bradley County Courthouse building.
Bradley County’s historic Courthouse in Warren, Arkansas was built in 1930 and is a landmark building for the county. The building is still actively used, housing offices of county officials and courts. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Warren County received a grant from the Historic Preservation Program to fund restoration and preservation of the building. The project was an electrical upgrade to restore and preserve the exterior façade.
One key challenge of the project was scheduling key project milestones and construction activities with both the courthouse staff and the local utility. Our team worked closely with the Architect, Owner, and utility representatives to determine a plan that would allow for the project to be completed with minimal impact on the building and the operations of the courthouse.
