Eden Salt Studio

Eden Salt Studio is the first and only salt therapy facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Insight provided MEP engineering for the project, which was a tenant finish-out of 2,000 square feet. The facility includes a yoga studio and three luxury salt treatment rooms.

Salt therapy utilizes a machine that grinds pure salt into particles and disperses it into the air with a fan. This mimics natural salt caves that have been used for wellness and rehabilitation for more than 150 years.

The unique equipment and requirements of the spaces served presented a challenge for the mechanical systems design. Our team worked diligently to understand the required operating conditions of the salt therapy and yoga room. The final system design balanced these requirements with occupant comfort and building pressurization needs, while also ensuring an affordable and easily controlled system.
