Citizens Bank Renovation

Citizens Bank was seeking to renovate its existing Little Rock branch bank on Cantrell Road in Little Rock into a modern building. Insight was engaged by the Architect to provide MEP engineering for the renovation and addition.

The project transformed the building's traditional style into a sleek and modern, 2,800 square foot facility. The design incorporated architectural and lighting elements from the design of its recent headquarters, so the branch bank would reflect the Owner's new brand.

The lobby was renovated into an open-concept space with creative accent lighting that serves as an architectural feature. Existing MEP systems were reconfigured as part of the project to serve the building's new layout, which is a combination of open concept lobby and working space, as well as private offices, meeting space, and staff support areas.
