Artspace Windgate Campus

The Artspace Windgate Campus, located in the historic East End of Little Rock, will provide a unique, dedicated space for artists to live and work. Insight is providing mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the new facility.

The mixed-use development is a four-story building with 60 live/work housing units specifically designed to provide affordable housing to individual artists and their families. The building also includes ten working artist-in-residence studios, event and gallery space, a large outdoor courtyard, and approximately 16,000 square feet of commercial space for local arts and cultural organizations. The building's exterior will feature public art installations, including murals and sculptures.

By providing affordable residential and commercial space for artists, Artspace will grow the community's creative sector and serve as a neighborhood hub for Little Rock's expanding arts and cultural scene.
